I’m having trouble logging in to sign up for classes, or to access my Unlimited Membership, or On Demand.

Our individual class booking is on one platform, and our Unlimited Membership and On Demand is on another. The Account tab directly on the SLINK FIT website is for Unlimited Membership and On Demand only.

To access Unlimited Monthly Membership or On Demand content, please sign into your account on the SLINK FIT website. Your profile will pop up. Simply click on the content you would like to access.

To book a class using a class credit, please click on the “Live Classes” option. You will be taken to a separate page where all of these bookings can take place.

Do I need to create an account to sign up for classes, Unlimited Memberships, or On Demand?

Yes, you must make an account to sign up for any offering on SLINK FIT. If you prefer individual classes, Please make an account on Studio Bookings. This can be done by clicking any of the buttons on “Live Classes”. You will be taken to a different platform to register and book.

If you would like to join the Unlimited Monthly Membership, or On Demand, please make an account directly on SLINK FIT homepage. To do this, please click “Log In/ Sign Up” at the lower right hand corner of your screen. From there, you will be prompted to enter your information.

Can I join both the Unlimited Monthly Membership and On Demand?

What time zone are classes scheduled at? Is the schedule the same every week?

We use PST since SLINK FIT founder is located in California. All classes are displayed in PST on the calendar.

We try to keep the schedule the same every week, yet we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class. If a class is canceled last minute, you will be refunded for that class.

I’m an Unlimited Monthly Member. How do I access my class links?

Simply log into your account on www.synthialinkfitness.com, and access your Monthly Membership page. There are buttons displaying each class name that will take you directly to the class.

I’ve signed up for a class using a class credit, how do I access my zoom link?

You will be sent a confirmation email containing the zoom link immediately after booking. You will also get a reminder email containing the zoom link 1/2 hour and 15 minutes prior to the beginning of class.

Can I join a class after it has started?

Class Zoom links may be used at any time during the duration of a scheduled class. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow further purchases to join a class once the class has begun.

What is the cancelation policy?

All class signups must be canceled 12 hours prior to class.

How long are my class packs valid for?

Single class credits are valid for 1 month post purchase

5 class packs are valid for 2 months post purchase

10 class packs are valid for 3 months post purchase

I’m an Unlimited Monthly Member. Do I have to sign up for classes to reserve a spot?

NO! As an Unlimited Monthly Member, you are automatically signed up for every class we offer. Please do not sign up for any classes. If you happen to accidentally sign up, please contact hello@synthialinkfitness.com for a refund of that purchase.

Are there any LIVE CLASS RECORDINGS for On Demand users

No. On Demand users have access to a variety anywhere from 5-40 minutes.

* If an On Demand user would like to purchase a live class, please click “Live Classes” on the SLINK FIT website. You will be taken to a separate platform. Please create another account there (we suggest using the same login and password). There, you can book your live class.
