Workout 1- 60 min Cardio + Weights

Workout 2- 60 min Toning

Workout 3- 40 min Cardio + 15 min Abs

Workout 4- 30 min Express + 10 min Recovery/ Stretch

WEEK 3

Workout 1- 60 min Classic

Workout 2- 30 min Express

Workout 4 -60 min Cardio + Weights

Workout 4- 25 min Bands + 40 min Cardio

WEEK 4

Workout 1- 60 min Cardio + Weights (my birthday class!)

Workout 2: 60 min Classic

Workout 3: 60 min Toning

Workout 4- 30 min Express + 11 min Cardio

Workout 2- 15 min arms w/ weights + 12 min glutes + 20 min Low Impact Cardio

Workout 3- 30 min Express + 5 min Balance
