  • It will pull up your plans, and you will see the Monthly Class Membership—> click it

  • You will automatically be taken to the membership page and video library! (No password necessary!)

ALL RECORDINGS WILL GO DIRECTLY ONTO THE LIBRARY! You don’t have to purchase any additional classes or recordings—> everything is included

Please access all of your weekly zoom links on the Membership Page. A calendar with the Monthly class schedule is also provided for you, so you know what is coming up. There is no need to sign up for classes. Your membership includes them all!

ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK LIST: 

I’ve created the SLINK ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK LIST to keep you on track and in touch with your progress. I find that when we write things down, and see physical evidence of our progress and success it pushes us to not only continue, but to push harder. These documents are not mandatory, but if you think that they will help you, then do them, and COMMIT to them. Check off workouts after you do them, and record what you notice at the completion of the week!

SELF ASSESSMENT:

At Slink Fit, we strive to not only create physical change but also emotional growth. The aim of the Self Assessment is to reflect on how you feel on a variety of levels. Be honest and vulnerable with yourself.

GOALS

Create monthly and weekly goals for yourself. Smaller weekly goals will help you see immediate accomplishments and change, while setting larger overall goals, will give you something to strive for on your fitness journey. Set your goals, and really commit to accomplishing them! I bet you’ll surprise yourself.


Weekly goal examples: “I want to be able to do an entire plank series”!!!!!!!!!!!

    “I want to turn my camera on so I can be seen in class”

    “I want to do an extra video library series”

    “I want to focus on my form in glutes” 

    “I want to do the whole cardio video without breaks”


Overall goal examples:

“I want to see definition in my arms”                

    “I want to make new friends and expand my community"

“I want to get stronger”

“I want my jeans to fit differently

“I want to be able to do an ENTIRE PLANK SERIES”!!!!

(Everyone loves a plank)


Monthly Recurrence

Your membership will automatically renew every month. Think of it like a gym membership. If you decide to take a break, you can easily manage your membership on your profile.
