      <image:caption>Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Instructors - Jonalyn</image:title>
      <image:caption>Jonalyn is a performer, having appeared in five Broadway shows (Mean Girls, Cats, Holiday Inn, Honeymoon in Vegas, and Bullets Over Broadway). She was most recently starring as Karen on the Mean Girls National Tour before the shut down, and can be seen in the upcoming film remake of West Side Story, directed by Steven Spielberg. Jonalyn met Synthia when she joined the Bullets cast right after graduating from Syracuse University. Living the life of a dancer, she has found that working out and toning are the best ways to fuel the body, and fight against injury. When your job requires your body to give everything it has, you have to train it and fuel it to do so. Though Jonalyn and Synthia’s friendship goes back many years, she started taking classes with Synthia over zoom (just like you!) at the very start of the pandemic. She is a true Slink disciple, and is excited to be part of the team! She hopes to get you laughing through the pain, and smiling through the sweat. Jonalyn is currently located in Los Angeles, bouncing between her LA apt (featuring the dogs Jemma and Gigi) and her parent’s house (featuring her Mom (Shelley), Dad (Gary), and two family dogs, Lulu and Ambyr. And of course her own dog, Penelope.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Kalyn is a New York local, and Utah native. She moved to the city in 2013, after graduating from Weber State University with double Bachelors Degrees in Musical Theatre and Anthropology. Since then, she’s dedicatedly pursued a career in the performing arts; making her Broadway debut in 2018 with the Original Broadway production of “The Prom,” and most recently appearing in the First National Tour of “Mean Girls.” Aside from a career on stage, she is an avid fitness lover - having taught at studios like 305 Fitness and Switch Playground since 2015. She is a poet, authoring #apoemaday series on IG; and a podcast mom, producing “Is It Just Me?” on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. She loves coffee, meditation, gummy bears, sunshine, stuffed animals, and kicking your ass in class. Get ready for a high intensity journey of bad-assery in her Cardio + Toning classes; &amp; a positive vibes, feel good, re-centering in her Recovery classes.       <image:caption>When Covid hit, and we were all forced into quarantine, a couple of friends asked if Synthia would lead a workout on zoom. It was just a few people and everyone was working out from home, but for an hour, there was connection and normalcy… something everyone was desperately craving. Slink Fit founder, Synthia Link, turned to social media, and invited anyone who wanted to come, to work out with her! She found herself making connections and new friendships across the world… all from individual quarantine spaces! The number of people participating kept growing until she found herself leading weekly classes. Here we are. A Year later, and we are still going strong! Slink Fit Classes are for EVERYONE. We want those who take class to feel empowered, successful and strong. We pride ourselves on using minimal to no equipment, utilizing small spaces, and providing amazing workouts no matter where you are in the world.
